Silver Arrow Oil & Gas Consultants is a Kuala Lumpur–based boutique advisory firm delivering high-impact subsurface and field development solutions. We specialize in integrated reservoir studies, field development planning, resource evaluation, production optimization, and energy transition advisory including Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS).

Our approach combines deep domain expertise with advanced analytics, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) and reduced-physics modelling techniques, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. The firm is led by highly experienced industry experts with a strong track record in delivering technically rigorous and commercially impactful outcomes.

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals (8–10 years) across subsurface and production disciplines.

Open Roles:

- Geophysicists
- Geologists (with strong static modelling capability)
- Petrophysical Engineers
- Reservoir Engineers
- Production Technologists

• Geoscientists (Geology & Geophysics):
• - Strong expertise in static reservoir modelling
• - Hands-on experience with Petrel
• - Integrated subsurface interpretation and modelling workflows
• Reservoir Engineers:
• - Experience in dynamic simulation using tNavigator and/or Eclipse
• - Strong analytical reservoir engineering skills (material balance, decline analysis, forecasting)
• - Exposure to field development planning and reservoir management
• - Exposure to data-driven workflows, AI/ML applications, and reduced-physics modelling is an advantage
• Production Technologists:
• - Experience in Integrated Production System Modelling (IPSM)
• - Proficiency in Petroleum Experts suite (PROSPER, GAP, MBAL)
• - Strong understanding of well performance, nodal analysis, and production optimization
• - Familiarity with data analytics and optimization techniques is an advantage
• General:
• - 8–10 years of relevant oil & gas industry experience
• - Experience in integrated, multidisciplinary subsurface studies
• - Strong analytical mindset with interest in digital and data-driven approaches
• - Ability to work in lean, high-performance teams led by senior industry experts
